Founded in August 2002, SBOrganization stands as a locally rooted, officially registered NGO in Afghanistan. Our multifaceted endeavors encompass community and institutional development, civic education, educational initiatives, drug control programs, human rights advocacy, anti-corruption campaigns, and child protection efforts. Operating from our central hub in the capital city, Kabul, and extending our reach through provincial offices across the nation, we ensure comprehensive coverage across all 34 provinces.

Despite grappling with pervasive challenges such as limited educational opportunities, geographical isolation, the enduring repercussions of protracted conflict, and ongoing warfare, we remain steadfast in our commitment to progress. While acknowledging that advancements may unfold gradually, we persevere in our endeavors, driven by an unwavering dedication to uplifting communities and individuals across Afghanistan.

“SBOrganization’s core mission revolves around empowering individuals and communities, equipping them with the knowledge and agency to navigate complexities, envision the future, and leverage challenges as catalysts for growth, ultimately striving towards the realization of a thriving and prosperous Afghanistan.” This statement was articulated by Mohammad Nasib, one of SBOrganization founders and the Chairman of the Board of Directors, in March 2016.
